Inspired to Inspire

Dr Lawrence Carter is a firm believer in the ethics and practice of non violence. He is the first dean of the Martin Luther King Jr. International Chapel at Morehouse College, Atlanta, USA and has lectured extensively in the psychology of religion and ethics.

Whilst at a Berlin conference on non violence in 2003 he highlighted the work of Daisaku Ikeda, president of Soka Gakkai International. Here, Dr Carter talks about those Buddhist principles and why he has great hope of a positive future for a turbulent world. Length 20 mins.
