Neil Crofts displays a certain “get up and go” attitude. After being in business in a variety of forms, he founded Authentic Business, an online newsletter with over 3500 subscribers, that tells the story of businesses pursuing a positive purpose where profit is an outcome rather than an aim. In addition to setting up a different breed of Business Guides that help good businesses to achieve this and facilitating coaching, Neil is the author of the book “Authentic”- How to make a living by being Yourself. He has latterly gone on to run a course centre in Mallorca that focuses on authentic transformation.
